Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via DHL. DHL will deliver your order to the address you provided, Monday through Saturday.

Shipping Costs
For orders within Germany totaling up to €60, shipping costs are €4.95. Orders of €60 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping within Europe costs €17. We ship outside Europe only upon request.

Delivery Times
Delivery within Germany takes approximately 2–4 business days. Delivery across Europe takes approximately 7 business days, and worldwide delivery takes approximately 10 business days.

Tracking
To track your package while it is on its way to you, please use the DHL online tracking service and enter the tracking number provided in our shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact our service team at info@ambernin.com.

Split Shipments
Your order may be split into multiple shipments due to the use of different warehouses and shipping locations. This does not affect your shipping costs.
